At SmartWings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home automation experience. If your smart window treatments aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized products in their original condition.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your SmartWings account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Items

    Carefully place the smart blinds and all original hardware, including remote controls and charging cables, into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
